Return & Refund Policy

For the purpose of maintaining sanitary products, there are no refunds or exchanges on earrings unless earrings arrive damaged due to shipping. Any refund requests due to damage caused during shipping must be reported to customer service via email within 48 hours of receipt of item.

 

For damaged items, purchaser is responsible for initial cost of return shipping but will be refunded shipping cost with proof of shipping receipt.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery once item has shipped.
